Frequently Asked Questions
Each generation costs points (shown before you create). New accounts start with 150 free points, and unlocking an HD file is a one-time cost per design. Your balance lives in the header.
Prints are produced on demand by our fulfillment partner. At checkout we fetch real carrier rates for your cart and destination, and show the delivery time before you pay.
Email us with your order number and a description of the issue. For a damaged or misprinted item we'll arrange a reprint or refund.
